Top Tip

Let kids get creative with toppings—mini marshmallows, sprinkles, or even pretzel sticks for bunny whiskers!

Ingredients

Chocolate Bark Base

  • 2 cups good-quality milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for swirling)

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup pastel M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup bunny-shaped or egg-shaped sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup pretzel sticks (optional, for bunny whiskers)

Steps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted milk chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a roughly 9×12-inch rectangle using a spatula.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl, then drizzle over the milk chocolate. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together for a marbled effect.
  5. While the chocolate is still soft, let kids decorate with pastel M&M’s, marshmallows, bunny or egg sprinkles, and pretzel sticks for whiskers.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.
  7. Once hardened, break into pieces and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
