- 1 courgette, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 100g dry rice

- 2 tsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 2 tsp sriracha
- Splash of water
Steps
- Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
